Balthasar Ltd was founded in 2000 by Peter Baldus, who by that time already had 16 years’ experience translating technical documents and advertising material into German and English. In 2001 the opportunity arose to build on over 20 years of experience gained by a specialist translator in the HEVAC sector. Seizing this advantage, the company then developed quickly into a highly specialised language service provider for this field.

Ten full-time members of staff and numerous freelance translators now enable Balthasar Ltd to deliver a truly professional service.

The company aims to uphold its pole position in the industry, and to this end only works with the most highly qualified translators and the most advanced translation and TM software.
