To ensure that your translation is completed to the highest standard your project will be assigned to a native speaker of the target language who specialises in the subject area of the text.

How quickly can Balthasar complete my translation?

The speed of delivery is dependent on the complexity of the task. Delivery can be arranged by email, FTP, fax, courier or regular mail.

How will my translation be priced?

All translations are priced per word of the original text. To find out the price of your translation please request a quotation.

How can I send my documents?

You can send your documents by email, fax post or through our FTP site.

Can Balthasar maintain the format of my original document?

We can work with all common electronic file formats and software packages.

Will my documents be treated in confidence?

Yes, company information and documentation are handled in the strictest confidence.
If required, we will be happy to complete a separate confidentiality agreement before you send us your documents.

How much does it cost?

An impossible question to answer. We clearly offer clients pricelists, but these vary entirely according to what the client needs.
