As part of our continuing effort to improve our services, we have developed a new online ordering system. It has been designed to reduce workload – and to raise quality and consistency standards even further.

By logging onto the Balthasar ordering system, customers will be able to send enquiries and place new orders more quickly and easily than ever before. The system also allows for the uploading of files to our server which is particularly useful if the files are too large to send by email.

Our new system provides a handy order overview, listing all open orders as well as order histories – a real benefit to customers. Through this new ordering system we aim to provide even greater support in the management of translation projects. The benefits will quickly become evident, as orders will be able to be placed more easily and all can rest assured that only agreed terminology will be used – no matter which language is required.
